Highlander Silver is a high-quality silver-growth company developing a portfolio of advanced-stage assets in Peru which includes the Corani silver project—the largest fully-permitted silver deposit in the world—and the bonanza-grade San Luis gold-silver project. Corani hosts Measured & Indicated resources of 362 Moz at 42 g/t Ag and Inferred resources of 113 Moz at 36 g/t Ag, while San Luis ranks among the 10 highest-grade projects globally in both gold and silver categories, and hosts Indicated resources of 356 Koz Au at 24.4 g/t Au and 8.4 Moz Ag at 579 g/t Ag.1 The company also operates the Mercedes gold-silver mine in Mexico. Highlander Silver’s major shareholders include the Augusta Group, Lundin family, and Eric Sprott.

Corani

The 100%-owned Coriani project in Puno, Peru is a development-stage open-pit silver-lead-zinc operation targeting the Este, Minas and Main deposits, with all key permits in place, all necessary surface rights purchased, strong social licence and Life of Mine agreements, across its 10,319 ha concession area.

San Luis

The San Luis Project is a 100%-owned, bonanza-grade gold-silver epithermal vein system in Peru’s mining heartland, acquired by Highlander Silver Corp. in 2024 for US$5M plus contingencies.

Mercedes

The 100%-owned Mercedes mine in Sonora, Mexico—located 250 km northeast of Hermosillo (accessible by paved highway from its international airport) and 300 km south of Tucson, Arizona—has operated continuously since 2011 (except for a brief 2020 COVID shutdown) across 43 mineral concessions totaling 69,284 hectares.
