Overview

The Mercedes gold-silver mine has been in continuous operation since 2011, except for a brief Mexico-wide Covid-19 related shutdown in 2020.

The Mercedes property consists of 43 mineral concessions totalling 69,284 hectares.

Mine Type: Fully mechanized ramp-access underground operation

Processing (2,000 tpd processing plant): Conventional milling with agitated leach and Merrill-Crowe recovery of gold-silver doré.

As of December 2024, approximately 1 Moz of gold and 4 Moz of silver have been produced.

Resource Potential: Located at the convergence of major porphyry, epithermal & orogenic belts; a highly prospective environment that is largely unexplored outside of the Mercedes deposit. Exploration to date has focused on underground extensions and infill drilling, with six high-priority brownfield and eight greenfield targets identified in 2024

Highlights:

1. 11 six brownfield target areas are estimated to host ~600 koz of additional gold;
2. Main corridor of veins open under cover for over 6 km of largely untested prospective strike;
3. Review of structural, geophysical, and geological modeling highlights significant near-mine and district-scale exploration potential;
4. Operating underground mine with underutilized 2,000 tpd processing plant and associated infrastructure
